这个是正常效果：

这个是苹果13，14，15的效果：

van-popover和van-dialog的层级错乱，会被遮挡一部分

重现步骤

在这个van-popover出现的情况下点击右侧三个点使van-dialog出现就会出现这种bug

猜测与top和index属性相关
