update ArchWSL version with zip installation didn't work

Describe the issue
Following the instructions to update the ArchWSL version I downloaded the zip file and extracted the .exe and rootfs.tar.gz to overwrite the previous files, but when executing the command "Arch version" the version is still the same.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• download the latest zip file
• extract the files to overwrite previus files
• run ".\Arch.exe version" in the windows terminal

Expected behavior
The output for the "Arch.exe version" command to be "22101600"

Enviroment:

• Windows build number: 22621.819
• WSL2
• ArchWSL version: 22.2.9.0
• ArchWSL Installer type zip
• Launcher version 22.2.9.0

I want to update too but instruction are not so clear.
Currently on version 22.10.2.0, if I launch .\arch.exe version it outputs

wsldl2, version 22020900  (amd64)

is that correct?

it seems that the command .\Arch.exe version outputs the launcher version, but I don't know how to check the current version of the distro instance

#301 also confused by the update instruction, it does not explain what would be done after I overwrite these two files and run the distro
