[建议]建议定时器增加连续的定时执行接口 #290

翻看了下接口定义和使用的demo,发现确实没有定时任务执行的接口。

ExpireAt()接口也只是定时时间到，执行一次的任务，然后就结束了。

有没有定时间隔时间到，连续触发执行的接口？这样才真是适用，是个定时器timer.
