Can I use sophos template for SNMPv3?

Yes you can.

Add a host, interface-type=SNMP.
paste in the ip-address, and ensure the port-number is tcp/161.
Expand the column for SNMP, and ensure you change the SNMP version.
Populate variables (macros) into the appropriate fields. DOUBLE check the Security Level, Auth Protocol and Privacy Protocol matches your requirements.

*If you have just the one sophos unit, then add these macros to this specific host. If you have more than one, add your own empty template with these macros inside; and assign it to all your hosts.
