Fine tune date format

Would be nice if we could fine tune the date format, to something like: YYYY-MM-DD mm:hh:ss
For this particular format for now can be used sv-SE, but it might change in time

It is strongly recommended to adjust the date format of the file. When there are too many historical files, the time of the file is difficult to read.
