Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

If possible, when a user is pushing images to a registry, and the registry will not have space for the image Zarf should fail before trying to push to save users time when pushing a very large image.

We should check if the oci registry / distribution spec allows for such a query from a registry. If not this may not be possible.
