Opening a popup after "Connection lost" from the UI

If the connection is lost in the UI, the popup is not being displayed, i'm assuming websocket is being disconnected or something like that. So, Will this code work?

    for client in self.clients('/export-sbom-file'):
        with client:
            info_dialog.open()

it there any different solution or correct version of this code.
