Unable to access data on connected device via USB cable

We are unable to transfer data between devices that are connected via a USB cable.
Typically, when we connect a device to a computer using a USB cable, we should be able to access the device's data (such as photos, music, or documents) from computer. However, in this case, there seems to be a problem with the connection and we are receiving an error message indicating that the connected device is unable to access data on the computer.
