Synchronised vertical scrolling for multiple buffers

Here is a sketchy list of functionality:

1. Line-to-line alignment (pic. 1, 2)
2. Snapping to the line grid across buffers with or without locking (🔒) in that relative position (pic. 3, 4)
3. Also ability to link buffers in arbitrary relative positions
4. Link 2+ buffers together 🙏
5. Nice visual indication

Extra:

6. Different sync rules for distinct groups of buffers

Lotta use cases:

1. Visually comparing files (e.g. 2k+ loc SQL 🥹)
2. Walk through long/messy/well commented configs etc.
3. Sometimes just handy
