Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

So sometimes text in auto-completion are not shown fully? I dont know if it's a bug or a setting you will need to turn on.

Zed: v0.170.1 (Zed)
OS: macOS 15.2.0
Memory: 24 GiB
Architecture: aarch64
