Popup window not opening on external monitor

Hi,

Zerion confirm popup window is not opening, if the action is made in the window on external monitor. For example swapping on Uniswap in the window on external monitor.

tried both Brave [Version 1.67.116] and Chrome 125.0.6422.176

Also it's not really a bug, just a suggestion to improve UI/UX. I think it would be better to show more detailed sum. At the moment Zerion rounds it pretty agressively. It's probably better to show whole amount than rounded number like Metamask do now. In a lot of cases it's handy to know what is the real sum.
