Clarify project license

Hi, I like this theme, but I find the license unclear. The README.md states:

License

• You cannot create ports of this theme
• You cannot re-sell this theme

As I understand it, this is in contradiction with the MIT license used for the project:

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy
of this software and associated documentation files (the "Software"), to deal
in the Software without restriction, including without limitation the rights
to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell
copies of the Software [...]

It's not clear to me what “ports” refer to (presumably creating versions of the theme for other static site generators?), so I don't know whether you mean to allow users to simply modify this theme for personal projects, for example.

It would probably be worth removing this restrictions from the README (ideally), or using a different license for the project, because the current situation is confusing.
