Disable crashlog by default

The plugin has matured a lot and server crashes are barely caused by FCNPC anymore. However, the crashlog is also created when the server crashes and it's not FCNPC's fault. People just see their server crash, they see a crashlog file appearing in their server folder and assume it must be FCNPC's fault because of that.

Disabling the crashlog by default would make people think twice about what the actual reason of the crash could be, instead of just creating an issue with their crashlog as soon as they see the crashlog file appear.
