When i try to read the smpl data shape of the hmr4d_results.pt, the results are as follows:

i have seen many results, the estimated model's pose seem to be the same(rest pose),is there any way to use full smplx, or smpl only

Yes, the hands are in a rest pose. Adding hand poses requires significant effort. You can use SMPL-X to SMPL fitting to obtain SMPL parameters.
