Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As a new Zowe Explorer user, I would like hands-on walkthroughs to help me learn how to configure and use ZE after installing it.

Describe the solution you'd like

We could take advantage of VS Code walkthroughs which are interactive tutorials that can be launched from the Welcome page: https://code.visualstudio.com/api/ux-guidelines/walkthroughs

Describe alternatives you've considered

We can maintain tutorials in the readme instead, but it's not hands-on and the amount of information may be overwhelming for new users.
