Display a notification when a filtered job has completed

My colleagues are frustrated that when they filter the job tree to certain jobs, they have to manually refresh the tree until the job has finished. This is not the case when submitting the job through zowe explorer itself, as that feature does show a notification upon competition already.

Describe the solution you'd like

Refresh the tree and/or display a notification message when the job has finished.

This could be achieved by "subscribing" to jobs that are currently filtered in the tree and currently have the active status.
