zFTP: Job spools not available for active jobs

Describe the bug

It seems that the FTP extension is not bale to display spool files for active jobs.

To Reproduce

List spool files from an active job 😋

Expected behavior

Should behave the same way as z/OSMF and retrieve the spool files

Hey @zFernand0 - I think this is a limitation of FTP! 👎

With IBM Explorer for z/OS, we added in z/OSMF support (well, Joe W did back in the day!) specifically so running job output could be viewed.

In the meantime, we decided to handle this limitation by:

1. Showing a warning/info message (on the zFTP extension) about the limitation
2. Documenting the limitation in Using Zowe Explorer FTP Extension
