webapp的页签加载不出来或思源直接闪退 #45

Z大佬，帮我康康，刚发现有这个情况，在v3.1.19和v3.1.20下进行了测试。使用的默认主题。只开了这一个插件，未使用代码片段。

排除网络情况，这些网页在浏览器全能打开。在思源的webapp中，这些网页有时能加载，有时不能，有时会使思源闪退，webapp页签在只有2、3个时也出现过闪退。这个视频是在开了7个webapp页签思源闪退，不知道是不是跟内存有关系，但右下角只占了53%的内存。期待回复，感谢~
