Starting a tour with a modal tip after cookie/localStorage has been set shows dark background #196

When starting a tour with a modal tip after a cookie has been set shows the dark modal background without actually starting the tour or showing the tip. Clicking on the "background" makes it disappear and everything is back to normal.

Will provide demo this weekend.
