Problem installing...

Few issues while trying to install this package, the Doc's state to include files which don't exist. There seems to be no svg's at all in the package, the js files have different names and so do the css's. Have tried all combinations but get error's no matter what I try and no chart :/ current error looks like this:

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would post my my html but even the index.html file shipped in the .zip doesn't work (with jquery cdn added)

Keeping example files updated and working has value. Especially to me. Very disappointed and annoyed by the poor standard of documentation and example files. I've wasted half a day on install and .js related issues that should take 30mins.
