this feature needs to contain the following:

user can request to pre-order a item.
admins are notified (phone call/notification) about the request.
admin can confirm he would take care of the order request or reject it.
user notified the order state (success/no response/rejected).
user reminded 5 minutes before the item is ready.
admin reminded 5 min before the item needs to be made.

need to use the order request document for users to sent requests, the order admin document to handle the request.
