Starting from https://github.com/zyedidia/micro/blob/master/runtime/help/keybindings.md, the Save As function already exists. You therefore only need to define a shortcut in the bindings.json file. However, at least in the terminal emulator Konsole, Ctrl+Shift+s is already defined and these shortcuts seem to have a higher priority than the shortcuts from micro. Therefore, I would choose a different shortcut in your place. |

Allright! SaveAs is available in the bindings just not bound by default. You might be right about the keybind crtl+shift+s not being an ideal choice. Maybe I'll rethink that one. So; right now Micro can be set up to use SaveAs by default by setting in bindings.json: But it now behaves worse than some other editors. When you actually use SaveAs feature it doesn't pre-fill the filename text input field for you. For example gnu nano pre-fills the text field automatically -- which would be the desired behaviour. |

Hello!
Where is the "Save As.." feature? And what is the hotkey for it?
This should be Ctrl+S
Note; Capital letter S.
Meaning Ctrl+Shift+S
Could somebody make a "Save As" feature and then bind it to Ctrl+S
Thanks.
