Duplicated elements reported in JSON file

Inside the JSON report files, duplicated elements are reported after scanning the same page more than once.

Expected: Only unique elements are added to the reports if scanning a page more than once.
(i.e. we scan the page upon arrival, perform some actions to hide / unhide sections and rescan)

Actual: Duplicated elements are in the JSON reports.
