• Fix a bug where the corner_sensitivity value could only have 2 digits (including decimals). This means that decimals weren't actually supported even though I said so
• Make the main calculation better

Installation instructions:

Drag th_corner_sensitivity.dll into your thcrap bin folder. There is no need to drag it out when playing a game other than th17 or th18.

The configuration file, th_corner_sensitivity.ini will be in the thcrap config folder

Changes:

• Fully integrated with thcrap, won't work without it

Sideeffects:

• Game independent (even beyond Touhou)
