Troubleshooting
In rare cases, the window layout might be in a problematic state. That leads to a desired dock widget in a document window not being shown, even when it is selected to be shown. You can reset the layout through the toolbar:
If you don't see the Layout toolbar, you might have to switch it on through the toolbar's context menu:
