Let Completion and Definition return the full sum types as defined in the LSP spec, instead of gopls specific types. This will accomodate a wider range of LSP-servers, in particular clojure-lsp. As we're at it, generate the protocol types from the most recent LSP spec.

As we're at it, generate the protocol types from the most recent LSP spec.
