This PR makes "big arrow" the default cursor in X11.
I cannot test these changes in a HiDPI display, so I don't know if supporting
cursor2
in X11 would be a must. However, if I'm not wrong, the current X11 implementation was not usingcursor2
before and some cursors likeboxcursor
andwhitearrow
are set anyway.@rsc what do you think? Thanks!
