In this update

Add a 2D/3D option switch in the settings popup
Show 2D/3D option switch for FC map
Hide 2D/3D option switch for other map types
Set the map in 3D by default for the FC map

To test

Switch the map to "functional connectivity" in "Species" selector to see 3D
