77 update historical atmosphere outputs #81

Closes the historical portion of #77.

This pull request removes field s03i229EVAP FROM SOIL SURF -AMOUNT KG/M2/T from the detailed and standard presets, which is just a rescaled version of field s03i296.

It also adds the following useful surface variables to the daily output in both presets:

  • s03i217 SURFACE SENSIBLE HEAT FLUX
  • s03i223 SURFACE TOTAL MOISTURE FLUX
  • s03i234 SURFACE LATENT HEAT FLUX
  • s08i234 SURFACE RUNOFF RATE
  • s08i235 SUB-SURFACE RUNOFF RATE

I have some month long simulations running to check it's working, and will wait until they are done to merge.
