Historical - Increase jobfs to 1500MB #84

This pull request increases the jobfs requested for the historical configuration to 1500MB from the default 800MB, with the goal of avoiding jobfs exceeded errors.

Closes historical half of #83.

Note that jobfs is shared over nodes

On 48 cpu nodes ACCESS-ESM1.5 uses 8 nodes. If the JOBFS is used in setup it will only be the root node, so the usage will be concentrated on a single node.
