Nordic 44 with Geographical Locations

Added a .xls file to the original release.
This .xlxs file is under ./.../models and contains equivalent geographical coordinates correlated to bus names, line names and line parameters.
This is meant to be used to build geographical-based user interfaces (UI) or displays.
