Remove uses of Autohook from clientvideooverrides.cpp (R2Northstar#784

Run callbacks for nested modules, and prevent running callbacks multiple times for the same module.
Manually hook BinkOpen
Remove AUTOHOOK_INIT and AUTOHOOK_DISPATCH
