Overview

The Solar Project Management Tool is a comprehensive platform designed to connect sales teams, construction crews, operations managers, operations engineer, site inspector, and end-customers. Our tool aims to streamline project management, from initial consultations to final installations, by providing all stakeholders with the necessary tools and information to keep projects on track.

Installation

To install this project on your local machine, follow these steps:

1. Install Node.js LTS
2. Open your terminal and navigate to the solar_management_frontend directory.
3. Run npm i to install the necessary dependencies.
4. Run npm start to launch the frontend server.
5. Open a new terminal window and navigate to the solar_management_backend directory.
6. Run npm i to install the necessary dependencies.
7. Run npm start to launch the backend server.

Tasks for Final Sprint (4)

Our team is committed to delivering a high-quality Solar Project Management Tool. To achieve this goal, we have identified the following tasks to be completed by the final sprint:

1. Frontend development
2. Backend development
3. Session management
4. Testing
5. Crash Handling (including server downtime, 404 errors, and unauthorized access)
