Initial release of the Agregore Browser for Android.

• Includes support for ipfs:// and ipns:// protocol handlers according to this spec
• Includes ability to automatically connect nearby Android devices with Wifi-Autoconnect

Note that this initial version is built for Android 10 and up due to requirements in the wifi autoconnect function. In the future we may release separate APKs without this limitation at the cost of skipping the wifi feature.
