It simplifies the administrative process and enhances efficiency. The platform replaces cumbersome Excel sheets and error-prone manual compilation with a simple interface, making reviewing and evaluating research data more accurate and efficient.
Our university currently faces challenges in efficiently collecting and managing data on research papers. Google Forms restricts submissions to a limited number of research papers and documents to be uploaded, creating difficulties for faculty members with extensive research portfolios. Additionally, compiling and reviewing submissions from cumbersome Excel sheets is time-consuming and prone to errors.
IRRP (IGDTUW Research Reward Portal) offers a streamlined web application that allows faculty to submit unlimited research papers effortlessly. The platform simplifies the administrative process, allowing easy access and evaluation of submitted research papers, thereby enhancing efficiency and accuracy in research data management. Further, it also eases the process of faculty research awards based on their research contributions and their impact.
The features of IRRP are as follows:
- Signin: Admin must contact university for credentials
- Profile Management: View and edit profiles
- Approve Research Paper: Verify, approve or reject research papers based on the information provided
- Download Research Paper: Download all the details in an Excel sheet for easy verification and access
- Signin: Faculty can signin only using credentials provided by the university
- Profile Management: Add and modify academic and contact details
- Add Research Paper: Upload research paper details and track status
