With the continuous development of China's legal industry, competition has become increasingly fierce. In order to obtain more profits, law firms often tend to hire newly graduated college students as cheap labor. This phenomenon has become a serious problem in the Chinese legal industry. These interns are often required to work long hours and overtime, but their wages are very low, creating a very serious buyer's market.
In addition to the issue of low wages, intern lawyers often encounter dissatisfaction from law firms and mentoring lawyers. They are often treated as cheap labor without receiving reasonable training and guidance, only being assigned trivial tasks. This results in intern lawyers being unable to gain effective practice and improvement which negatively affects their future career development.
Furthermore, some partners in law firms have a serious disregard for the law with a lack of effective supervision and evaluation mechanisms which also makes information within the industry very closed off. These problems not only harm the rights of intern lawyers but also have an adverse effect on the reputation of the entire legal profession.
To address these issues, our organization along with social forces initiated a movement called "China Law Firm Blacklist" aimed at exposing bad behavior by law firms and mentoring lawyers while calling on all sectors of society to strengthen regulation and evaluation of the legal profession. We hope that through such efforts we can promote healthy development in China's legal industry providing better career opportunities for interns while making positive contributions towards China's rule-of-law construction. We hope that intern lawyers will bravely speak out against bad behavior by law firms and mentoring lawyers while striving for better opportunities for themselves as well as promoting better prospects for future development within this field overall.

针对这些问题，本组织和社会力量发起了中国律所黑名单的运动，旨在揭露律所和带教律师的不良行为，并呼吁社会各界加强对律师行业的监管和评价。我们希望通过这样的努力，可以推动中国律师行业的健康发展，为广大实习律师提供更好的职业发展机会，为中国法制建设做出积极的贡献。我们希望广大实习律师能够勇敢地发声，对不良律所和带教律师的行为进行揭露和抵制，为自己和整个律师行业的未来争取更好的发展机遇。
