This PR adds the draft schedule

  • There's a "discrepancy" in this schedule since I couldn't pick a lane! The slide links are blank for now, but the notebook links are present and aspirational, if you will. Should I remove the latter relative links for now? Or do something different?
  • Please check that the remaining relative links work - I had to update them from copy/pasting in a previous workshop version of this schedule, and relative links are different now.

I think we probably don't want the broken links.

I suggested making them (broken) anchor links, which at least won't go anywhere, and maybe you could keep the expected file names there to save some typing later?

Since the notebook links are broken links at the moment, it probably doesn't make sense to have them here yet. We can add them as they are added to the repo.
