Describe the goals of the changes to the analysis module.
After we have assigned consensus labels to all cells in ScPCA samples, we will want to summarize our findings. In particular, we want to know how many samples have cells that are labeled with a consensus cell type and not just labeled with "Unknown". For those samples, what cell types are identified?
What will your pull request contain?
I think we should create a notebook that reads in the table created in #969 and creates a few summary plots. Some ideas for plots that I have at this point:
Table summarizing how many samples in each project have cell types that are not "Unknown"
Distribution of cell types for samples where consensus cell types are identified
Will you require additional software beyond what is already in the analysis module?
No
Will you require different computational resources beyond what the analysis module already uses?
No
If known, when do you expect to file the pull request?

Probably next sprint, after we complete #969
