Introduces --tf-offset N option that makes TF numbers start from N+1. This is consistent with a convention that TFNumber message is provided by the AOD source in a workflow.

  • Remove unnecessary printout (info -> debug)
  • Remove unnecessary data member (configurable can be used directly)
  • Make sure the empty TF for inconsistent input is counted to prevent workflow from getting stuck
