seems like a low risk merge and its just infrastructure so thanks for doing this! Not sure why i didnt think of doing this sooner to enable more testing and stuff |

@Almoullim @MoralCode This should reduce the amount of 6h timeout builds and run lint+test for the PRs
Once I have an actual test up and running then it'll help sort out which PRs introduce obvious bugs
