ADEPT

What we're looking for:

Software Developer – December 2019/May 2020 Grads

The American Airlines Development Program for Technology (ADEPT) was created to develop a technical talent pipeline for Information Technology (IT). The program is designed to promote business and leadership skills, and expose technology recruits to the diverse opportunities American Airlines has to offer. ADEPT is a two-year development and rotation program for recruits hired out of college as full-time employees.
