Explanation of changes:

• Rewrite the recipe based on the recent conda-forge's PR MAINT: Remove build variants and upgrade to 9.4.1 conda-forge/vtk-feedstock#368

Notes:

• Updating because vtk <9.2.5 is impacted by CVE-2021-42521 with a score of 7.5
• IMPORTANT: I skipped all python variants >=3.10 because the build for one variant takes 2-3 hours. I'll enable them before merging. It seems fine with py312. And I'll enable py313 too.
