This PR is the first step towards fulfilling the openPMD output implementation defined in #11. It includes the main required features, such as particle and (some) field diagnostics.
The openPMD output is disabled by default but can be simply activated by setting
opmd_diag=Truewhen callingtrackmethod of anyBeamlineor beamline element.Special thanks to @ax3l for the support in making the openPMD API easily usable in Windows too :)
