Hydro TS : add a new test (#22)

* Hydro TS : add a new test (with hydro max power) + remove test on hydro max power - Old tests on hydro max power (generation and pumping) have drawbacks : + Study have 6 years of simulation : why so much ? + Scenario builder is strangely empty (all cells "random") - New test study : + includes hydro max power among other hydro TS, which is meaningful because they all have the same TS numbers (same scenario). + hydro max power are not less tested than in the old test study. + The scenario builder is now filled with TS numbers. * Hydro TS : correction after review
