The Configuration -> Optional Hardware -> Optical Flow page hasn't worked in some time - ever since Ardupilot removed the
FLOW_ENABLEparameter.This PR updates the page to working with the new
FLOW_TYPEparameter and other common optical flow parameters.Tested on a copter and rover.
