reading https://rpg.ifi.uzh.ch/docs/RAL21_Fuchs.pdf
maybe we could extract the same features they feed their nn from images? and then have a nn control the car? could we train it irl though? unsure how to compute the reward
can we learn the vehicle dynamics without estimating the vehicle position?
