A new button appear on Discord when you listen to a song, directing the user to more info on the album (#14). It's pretty limited tho, but hey, that's what Plex gives us ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I also hope to fix many stability and crashes issues, by better managing disconnect and reconnect.
