# kcsd README # # NOTE: Add this folder (that is the folder where you found this file) to your Matlab path # # NOTE: For compatibility with Octave this code uses old matlab # class system (without classdef) # #################################################################### 1.Create class instance: k = kcsd(src_grid, out_grid, base_grid, V, sigma, ...optional parameters...); where: src_grid - electorde posiions out_grid - list of point you want to estimate CSD base_grid - centers of your base functions V- measurements performed in points from src_grid sigma - width of base fuction 2.(OPTIONAL) In case you want to use make noise reduction and avoid over-fitting run: k = chooseRegParam(k, ...optional parameters...); 3.Run computations and estimate CSD k = k.estimate() 4.Get your data (CSD) in following way k.CSD #################################################################### # # NOTE :For descriptions of optional parameters check the following: # kcsd.m (for point 1) # chooseRegParam.m (for point 2) # # GL & HF # ####################################################################
