Kernel loaded from fake QSPI Flash

Write the image.ub to QSPI Flash via 513's upload program at Flash address 0x140000.

• modify u-boot
  Add fake JEDEC id
  Force change read command to 0x13
  Force merge the QSPI speed at 12500000 and mode 3

eMMC rootfs.

eMMC enabled.
dtb will pass the bootargs to kernel, which required the kernel mount the rootfs on eMMC on the boot time.
