Final fixes

These are the final fixes for the tapeout, although not this exact version is the one that was submitted. The changes include the following:

• Adding the SRAM macro configuration to the LVS configuration
• Removing the power pins in the verilog code where they were unappropriate
• Fix hold time violations
• Fix DRC errors
• Fix PDN issues
• Update the macro positions slightly
• Change config.json back mostly to the default with only necessary changes, e.g. for
  • Hold time violation fixes
  • Paths to the macros and verilog code
